DEATHLOOP - Fun, Stylish, Repetitive

The first 10-15 hours are without a doubt an extremely fun experience. It does fall a little bit after that with the repetitive game loop, but if you like the combat I'm sure it will keep you entertained to the end

Microsoft Flight Simulator

State of Mind: A beautifully told interactive drama

This is one of those games that look good, sound good, play well, and are in the end enjoyable but require a long attention span and from time to time you have to push yourself to play through some of the boring or confusing parts of the story to reach the good bits...

Cloudpunk: Being a deliverer in a futuristic neon-lit metropolis is now my career goal

Einfach großartig! Great game to play while waiting for CP2077. If you are into cyberpunk, neon-lit urban skylines, synthwave music, dystopian society, and all that, I can't think of a reason why you wouldn't enjoy this. The immersion of flying your little 'HOVA' through the skyscrappers in this vast and amazingly crafted futuristic city of Nivalis is just insane. Plus, if you have a headset, definitely try this in VR. I finished the second half of the game using VorpX and it totally transformed the experience.

Green Hell: Came for the Survival, stayed for the story

Wow, wasn't expecting a 15-20 hour campaign in this. Really enjoyed it. The story is engaging and very artfully presented. I got the 'bad' ending apparently but I heard the other ending isn't that happy either...

For regular players, this game is characterised by three things: 1. Extremely repetitive gameplay loop. You fight battles, get money and loot, recruit more soldiers, fight bigger battles, get more loot and maybe a castle, fight bigger battles, ad nauseam...

Blade & Sorcery: Man-slaughtering has never been so much fun (in VR)

First, this game should come with a hazard warning. I've already broken a controller thanks mate and had myself nearly smashed into my kitchen wall playing this. It's that immersive and adrenaline pumping. I've actually decided not to play this game until I can expand my play area because otherwise there won't be anything unbroken in my room before long.

Resident Evil 3 - A disappointing sequel to the first remake

Too little to justify a full AAA price tag. The only two reasons why you might want to buy this: 1) the immersion of playing this during an actual pandemic and 2) Jill's a smoking hot chick.

Red Dead Redemption II - As good as everyone says?

It's a good game no doubt, and if you are hesitating just buy it, definitely worth the full price. A masterpiece of open world gaming experience and probably one of the best entertainment products video game industry has ever offered. But for me, it is not - as far as RPG elements go - up there on the same level as the classics like Skyrim, DOS2, and the Witcher 3.

Il Divino - Michelangelo's Sistine Ceiling in VR

Eliza: AI therapist is here

I've always thought that a good novel, whether in texts or visually presented, is one that compels self-reflection and invokes a sort of reconsidering of one's very being. Eliza for me is a gaming experience that achieves that effect. It deals with a subject that is becoming increasingly relevant in our days: AI, human modification, blurring boundary between what is human and what is not.

Draugen: Style over Substance

Style over substance. That's my impression after finishing the game. Draugen has everything to be a great walking simulator - stunning graphics, excellent voice acting, solid writing quality, and a mysterious setting of a secluded Norwegian coastal village - BUT, there's one gigantic problem: the story is just not good. I'm sorry but it's not. It started very promising, but ended in such an unsatisfying way. A lot of suspensions are created in early game, but almost none of them is answered in the end.

Farcry 5: A typical generic AAA game nowadays

Soulless...is perhaps an appropriate word to sum up my experience with this game. FC 5 is like one of those shiny, glamorous, good-looking lasses. You got infatuated the moment you saw her, had a blast with her for a few hours or days, and then realized how empty and mind numbingly boring she is.

The Council: Narrative Adventure at Its Finest

Absolutely fantanstic experience. This, guys, is story-driven game at its best so far in my opinion. It plays like a Telltale game or other narrative RPGs like Life is Strange, etc., but this one is like an improved version of them, with deeper and more sophisticated gameplay mechanics, more intense and better organized narrative, and, as an icing on the cake, triple-A level graphics.
